16 peanuts a day

As some of you know I was a bit concerned about my health due to a few symptoms that needed attention I have received my blood reports and all is well. I therefore assume it is due to lack of magnesium that causes those cramps and about the dryness in the mouth it could perhaps be due to medicines I take for BP issues. I will check about this with my doctor tomorrow.
Cramps could also be due to poor blood circulation and that needs to be looked into - perhaps a Doppler test - again I will take it up with my doctor tomorrow.
In the meantime I am going ahead eating roasted unsalted peanuts 16 a day to get my magnesium to reduce those cramps
Let's see what the doctor says about those cramps and dryness in the mouth.
Thank you for reading.

I know you are allergic to peanuts but they have the highest - according to reports - magnesium percentage. I do eat cashew nuts but I do not much like almonds. And about the dark chocolate I do not like it either (lol). For years I have been eating peanut butter.
I still want to talk to my doctor and get rid of those cramps and dryness in the mouth

@LadyDuck That is nice to know
I do not want to rule out blood circulation issues either

@allknowing One peanut is enough to kill me, so I listed what I eat for magnesium.
I think I do not lack magnesium as I never have cramps.

@allknowing I had something really tasty I made tonight I was going to recommend it too. It was someone who bought dark chocolate and I was thinking it was you for magnesium or something?

Just 16 is enough to help? I'd be tempted to take a supplement.

Supplements are available but when food can do it my preference would be for peanuts.
