Before approaching my doctor I am making use of information available on he Net to find out why one experiences magnesium deficiency in one's body resulting in several symptoms some of which I am experiencing too.
It talks bout seniors not having enough to eat. That is not the case with me as I have been blessed with a huge pantry to pick and choose what I want to eat. And there are also reasons such as defective kidneys and so on and that does not apply to me either.
But one thing stood out and that is diuretics eat up magnesium and I take diuretics. I cannot stop taking diuretics and the only way I have is to eat that which increases magnesium in my body and I will start with peanuts.

@LadyDuck I was worried when I had symptoms but my blood report gave me good news. I take diuretics for BP and that I am sure is the cause for all those symptoms. Doctors never tell.

@allknowing I don't have any of the symptoms and I just had blood work done which came out fine. I would assume this would should a magnesium deficiency if I had it? I know I do have to take a Vitamin D pill because I have low Vit D but that's a totally different thing than magnesium.

Diuretics reduce the fluid in one's body and that results in more visits to the toilet

@allknowing Oh, I hope I don't suffer from that! Because I sometimes go to the toilet a little too often if I drink a lot of water or my feet gets too cold.
