It is fun to ride bicycle in hills. / myLot

In the hills the roads are steep across slopes. Riding on bicycles on the hills is really fun. I and my elder son did it and it was really entertaining activity. Swimming and cycling are good for health. In the hills and mountains as roads are steeper more effort is required there and that is more fun.

@Icydoll 2 to 3. But the thing is I get invitation from different institutions all round the year. Wherever I get funding I go. In some tours it becomes totally academic and I cannot travel around the tourist spots

I didn't ever learn to ride a bike but I'm sure it's a lot of fun.

thanks Judy the bicycle does not require any motor skill. It is just plane balancing skill required. One has to paddle the cycle and move forward. It is a very good exercise

@JudyEv thanks Judy it does not matter you are an excellent swimmer. Swimming is a complete exercise for the body.

You are a good fitness enthusiast apart from being a Travel Happy person! I remember jogging once on a upward sloping hill road, many years back. Biking would of course be fun on such roads. This picture is from some recent trip?

I prefer to ride in a flat road. Flat is much easier and don't take to much effort

I remember riding up and down steep hills on my bike when I was a teenager and I didn't always find it fun to need to get off and push my bike to the top of a steep hill... I think you might be fibbing to us.
