So first night of trying sleeping with a splint as per physio recommendations. It's 22£ per splint so this better work. It is not very comfortable but the promise of pain reduction is making me comply. Goodnight everyone. Hoping for a good sleep tonight as I am back to working tomorrow.

@flapiz That's wonderful. Remember these 3 letters - ABC. It spells Always Be Careful.

It's expensive and not comfortable, let's hope at least it works.

Day 1 today it worked. The tingles actually disappeared for a bit when I woke up.

@LadyDuck hope it lasts long. Most of my remedies only last for a week.

@flapiz I am glad, it's a bit annoying to wear it, but good if it works.

I am actually impressed it does for my hand. The neck pain is not too bad too as I slept wonderfully.

I'm sure the splint will be annoying for a while but hopefully you'll get used to it and it will reduce the pain.

It does reduce pain and today is the first day in a long time where I do not feel so much pins and needles upon waking up.
