early dinner

I decided to cook dinner early cause I realized I only had quesadillas and a cup of coffee all day. I made the spicy garlic butter parmesan pasta shown above. I had all of the ingredients except for parsley and it was fine without it. It was easy and quick except when I had to crush some garlic and open cans. It's still difficult to do those with only one hand working properly at the moment. Anyway, I'll continue watching this show called The Gold after I post this. This is a good one if you're looking for something new to watch. It's a six-part series based on true events that occurred in 1983 involving a stolen gold bullion worth £26m. Have a nice night/day!

I know how difficult is to cook using only one hand. I hope your hand will heal soon.

Thanks, it's improving. I can move it without much pain but the index is still numb.

I'll give it another week. Hopefully the numbness is not permanent.

I keep wiggling the index finger gently, it still feels a little strange.

I hope your other hand gets better soon. Thanks for the movie info, is it an English, or British film? Just curious. and tasty dinner you have there. Mine was ramyon noodles as well, the Korean type.

It's a British tv show, yes. I've been wanting to try those Korean noodles that you can just get at the grocery, if only they could specify the exact flavor on the packaging. Unless I see a photo of a chili, I won't really know what I'm getting.

It was so deep that it needed to be stitched. I still have pins and needles but not as painful. I'll give it one more week just to be safe.

working and cooking with one hand is difficult, making pasta is the right choice, because it is quite easy and simple. I hope your hand gets well soon

I don't normally cook to be honest, I had to look up the recipe online. I'm glad it turned out so good.

I'm sorry that you have only the use of one hand. That makes a lot of cooking very difficult! I hope you enjoy your show! Sounds interesting.

I had a little help but I almost used my hand again to crush the garlic. It's not as painful as it was few days ago though.

Chicken and cheese sounds delicious but I had cheese quesadillas since I can't handle too much kitchen cleaning at the moment.

There haven't been many good shows lately though. And thank you, it was tasty. I had all of it to myself cause no one here likes spicy foods as well.
