I am in bed mylotting while Anita is cleaning. She is very happy to work here because I give her good food and even cake when I buy one. It seems that at some houses workers eat different food than the food that the family eats.
Today we ate part of the stew I had made and it was much better that the same one when I ate it 2 days ago. I also made a salad with bits of this and bits of that and it was delicious.
In a while I´ll get up to tell her where to put some washed jars I have. Only then I can take a long nap.

I have discovered that now it is so much easier to cook than when I followed a recipe.

7 months seems such a long time.
I am having a break between housework that needs done and cooking and giving Yvonne her medication.
She is watching telly in bed.

I woke up for the day less than an hour ago and had a chicken and Cheddar cheese sandwich for lunch. It was delicious.
Stew always tastes better after it has time for the food flavors to mix when it's done cooking.

I hope you hid your jars from Anita! I remember the jar incident.
Always do think stew is better after the first day. Gives the flavors a chance to mingle together more.

I´m amazed that Anita is finally learning! And she likes me, in spite of all I say to her It must be because I give her cake when I have some and applaud when she does something well. Yesterday, she even rolled the big living room rug to vaccuum underneath it!

It was a Jewish holiday today so I listened to music and read something to my cat and then turned the TV on and worked on the computer. I like leftovers and at times I feel after a few days they taste better than when I first made them.
