22 March - What I'm Thankful for Today

Today was a very good day. God is so GOOD!
I'm so thankful for all the blessings He gave me today.
I'm thankful for my grandson's text that woke me at 3 AM. Typically, I'm awake at that time, but this time he woke me up with a text thanking me for the birthday gift I sent him.
I'm thankful for the exercise class and all the steps I got today. I'm currently over 11K steps and could see 12K before I go to bed. I'm close. I walked the building before 6 AM and rode the bike during the exercise class giving me close to 7K steps at that time.
I'm thankful I printed up Where Eagles Soar today and gave it into my proofreader's hands at the ADRC this morning for rock painting.
I'm thankful I remembered to pick up my new medication for the self-injection I'll be doing as soon as the doctor's office calls me back and I go see them to learn how to do it. It's the one thing that's stressing me out right now as I really hate needles of any kind.
I'm thankful I remembered to go to City Hall and vote.
I'm thankful for Bible study today. We finished our study in Psalm 119. Next time we are starting the book of Micah.
I'm thankful for the prayer meeting tonight in the community room. Only three of us, but it was powerful because God is so GOOD!
I'm thankful I could be here for a little while today. Hopefully, I can get the notifications caught up tomorrow. I only have one thing that I'm aware of. I won't be swimming as the weather isn't supposed to be good in the morning. So, I'll try again next week.

I am thankful for another good day, even if we were just teased by rain. I'm thankful to learn the grass we planted, has started to sprout. I know you're anxious about self-injecting, but once you start doing it, and taking control of that needle, it should help ease that anxiety. I am afraid of needles as a general rule, but I can give myself a finger stick several times a day if I have to.

I'm going to let the doctor know I won't be picking up the medication. The pharmacy just called with the out-of-pocket cost. It's thousands of dollars. Not going to happen.
I'm glad the grass is sprouting.

Glad your day was good. I am thankful that I got to see Harper walk yesterday. I am thankful that I got some more work done on my coasters yesterday and today. I am thankful that I have only five music students today, even though I enjoy the teaching.
