What are you having for breakfast on this sunny and cool Monday morning?

My apartment smells great right now. I'm browning up some onions, mushrooms, and serrano peppers in olive oil and teriyaki sauce. Soon I will add hash and an egg. That will be my breakfast for today.
The wind is calm now, and I may go help my flaky African friend at her Day Care this morning. I don't know. I haven't called her yet. I would love to spend some time with Harper, who actually turned one this past week. It's official: She walked unaided at 11-months.
I spent yesterday evening with another African friend. She and her husband and I had ribs and then watched a silly comedy movie from a few years ago. I can't remember what it's called, but it was about two guys who wound up "mentoring" two kids, a I used to do. I will try to find its name. It is NOT a "movie for the ages," but it did make me laugh a few times.
How is your Monday shaping up? And, most importantly, what did you have for breakfast?

@TheHorse You remind me of G B Shaw's joke. One lady walked up to him and said if you were my husband I would feed you poison. He replied, if you were my wife, I would gladly drink it. LOL
Now it is left open for conjecture ...if he was complimenting her looks, or laughing at her stupidity.

Breakfast sounds good.
I hope you can go to the daycare today. That's great she's walking before her first birthday.
My breakfast was a two-egg plant-based cheese omelet and microwave-baked potatoes. I made three small ones that were left in the bag. Oh, and my banana. Can't forget that.

Coming to the end of the month so running low on everything until I can order groceries next month so no breakfast. I do still have some hash so thanks for the reminder. My Monday came and went with a lot more writing and posting,

I didn't have breakfast. I'm still trying to catch up here. I shoot for 2 days worth of Discussions a day; and today I have 94 Notifications to do too!
