I just filled out a review of my Frigidaire Dishwasher, the company said that there was a 3,000 dollar prize. I hope it isn't merit based, and just based on a drawing. Oh what does it matter really? I never win things like this. I won 10 bucks one time for submitting a review which was merit based..but whatever, big difference between 10 and 3,000. If you had to buy a Frigidaire appliance, I would get a new fridge..for that money you could probably get a smart fridge...or a sub zero appliance. Dream on Snowy!`

I remember years and years ago, one of my sister-in-laws filled out a ballot from a bag of Easter candy.
They had 3 teenagers at the time, busy teenagers.
She received a phonecall that one of them took, regarding her lucky win, but they forgot to give Mom the message.
Then there was a second and a third phonecall, each with a higher level of urgency.
Then there was something delivered to her home, and still she had no knowledge of it.
Finally they sent her something through registered mail, followed up by a phonecall which she answered just after opening the mail.
She won an all expense paid trip for 4 to California.
Not bad.

Yes, and I could also win 3,000 in the lottery...
. However, you know when dealerships send out keys and you have to bring them into to try them? Someone I met actually won a car that way!!! Lightning does strike! (Just usually to someone else)

I hope I do too! I just wonder how many people have entered? I have no ide how many were sold in the time period they were looking at, and how many would actually enter the drawing.

Pretty has been testing a new phone for a company this last week. I asked what brand is is but she said I'm not allowed to talk about it. 
Anyway, they promised her a prize for helping them out.... She really likes the phone and is hoping they will give it to her as the "prize" for helping them test it. We shall see.

@snowy22315 I think so, too. The company had a mixed track record while I was still selling phones for a living. This one seems to be one of their better models. After she's done with the testing, I'll see if I can talk about it then... (Pretty said she signed a non-disclosure contract before they would mail her the phone... It's possible I still won't be able to talk about it after the testing is done.)
