The end of March means the end of this particular monthlong countdown. Tomorrow starts April and my favorite bro-country, hick-hop, and Journey songs. (
April fool!) As I’ve progressed through the month of songs from movies you may have noticed one glaring omission. Fear not, it tops the list!
#1: The Time Warp - Richard O’Brien, Patricia Quinn, and Cast
You really didn’t expect me to leave off one of the best soundtracks ever, did you?? 
Of course I wouldn’t! Now, let’s take a jump to the left, and then a step to the ri-yi-yi-yi-ight! By the way, Richard O’Brien’s birthday was last week. He turned 81, so let’s do the Time Warp again!!!
I can’t say much about this song. It’s probably the best-remembered song in the definitive cult classic/midnight movie film.
Wonder if you can see this in Florida these days?

I'm sure you can see it in Florida as long as it's not story time for Kindergarteners. Hmm, a Transsexual playing dress up featured as a horror musical film. Pretty risqué in 1975! Not That There is Anything Wrong with That, lol.
Interesting casting Curry and Meatloaf with musical backgrounds and then a very young Susan Sarandon and Barry Bostwick.
Fun, quirky adult movie. No children allowed to view this sensitive impressionable material, as it should be. em]thumbup[/em]

I remember a few songs. 
We've got really strong wind gusts and have had them all day. But we also had a mean Pitt Bull running in our yard. I started to go outside but it came running up growling at me. We called the pound to come and get it so we aren't going outside now, even if the wind stops.

It's a great movie with a great soundtrack! Interesting fact: when I was in high school, I worked as a cast member at a local movie theater that showed the Rocky Horror Picture Show every Saturday night. So I did my fair share of singing/dancing the Time Warp back in the day!
And yes, the movie is still playing at theaters in Florida. DeSantis hasn't picked a battle with that particular movie just yet. haha

That’s the way they did it at the midnight showings….people acted out the movie (along with 2/3 of the audience) on a stage.
