What are you having for lunch on this partially sunny Friday?

A MyLot newbie inquired abut my interest in writing breakfast posts. I politely explained that we can all relate to posts about cuisine. But I also promised to write more lunch and dinner posts. This "Discussion" is in fulfillment of that promise. I ate light for breakfast: a single egg, with bread, butter, cream cheese and lox on the side. For early lunch, I am currently heating up some frozen Lamb Vindaloo from Trader Joe's. It is my favorite "authentic Indian" dish from Trader Joe's right now. The cost is $4. I also bought some Palak Paneer, which is "spinach and paneer cheese seasoned with a bit of curry and chili." I will have that for lunch or dinner down the road. How is the weather where you live? And of course, what did you have for lunch today?

Enjoy your lunch . I had veg curry with rice in dinner. I don't like palak paneer recipe . I eat palak though. It's as usual warm temperatures here . Just switched on AC

@Icydoll Well Palak Paneer is getting popular in US. Yet we all do have our food choices! I need to have my AC serviced for this season as yet. The rains here since the last few days are keeping the temperature in check. Have a nice Saturday!

@TheHorse It's just Servicing. It means getting it cleaned and checked overall. This becomes essential since ACs do not operate during the winter months. It is good for operational point of view.

@TheHorse I am pretty sure that no one in this area knows what quesadillas are. The cheese was Italian provolone.

I had shiitake mushroom fried rice, hungarian sausage, a cheese hotdog, and an orange. It might rain later according to the forecast but I'll be sleeping in a bit, so I'll probably miss it.

Lunch was boring! I had a few slices of bacon and a banana followed by a hot cup of tea with half and half. The sun tried its best to shine and warm up the temperature. However it was only 46 with a cold breeze. I raked leaves and had Little Miss and her cousin toss them in with the chickens. The chickens were delighted until Jackyl our rooster spotted a hawk circling in the sky. He alerted the 3 hens and they quickly skidaddled into the coup. I shut them in until the hawk disappeared. I'm now relaxing before I start dinner and having a second cup of tea. Hoping for a relaxing evening.

Well, mine was not a proper Breakfast bit a combined Breakfast and Lunch on Friday 31 March. We had Maggi Noodles (Nestle Brand : Indianized Noodles) along with 2 Bread and Butter pieces. It is not a normal one that I have but we do have it occasionally. So what are your Saturday plans?

WE have a rather chilly sunny day but i still have summer clothes on. I was going toi eat the meat I prepared with rice but I ended up having a lettuce salad. I am now thinking about having some cake for dessert. I still have a tiny piece of cake so I´m sure I´ll finish it today or tomorrow.

It's very humid here these days. Relative humidity over 90%. I had Chinese dim sum lunch. The dim sums I had were shrimp dumplings; spare ribs with black bean sauce; fish balls; fried tofu, BBQ pork bun.

I haven't eaten lunch yet. I woke up about half an hour ago... I'll in lunch in a little while. Right now the sun is shining and it is 77F outside but the wind is terrible out there. One of the neighbors caught the trash cans that were trying to run away from home. Thankfully, the tree we don't like in the front yard caught our trash can and held onto it. (Wind gusts up to 55 mph with a steady breeze at 30 mph.)
