A bakery in Virginia that hires employees with disabilities given a reward

Ellen and Jim Graham who own a bakery in Fairfax Virginia named after their adult daughter Cameron around 2013 which employees persons who are have mental disabilities was recently given an award by Virginia governor Glenn Youngkin and his wife on Thursday.
The name of the award that was given to Ellen and Jim Graham is called The Spirit of Virginia which is the reward for giving companies in Virginia.
The good part of the work being done by the owners of Cameron's Coffee and Chocolates is that they currently have 23 employees who are well together inside the restaurant and have given customers excellent service.

The owners of the restaurant deserved their award from the governor of the state of Virginia since they are doing a wonderful job giving persons who are in need of confidence working a nice place to show their work skills.

@Deepizzaguy We have a lot of handicapped people working in different stores. Most of the time a customer gets treated better from the handicapped than the other employees.
