I Dreamed I Owned a Train

In my dream, I owned a train. It was an engine and a boxcar. sitting on a little used section of track. The engine did not run and the RR company said I had to move it. There really was not a good way to move the train and I had no place to move it to.
I was so worried and distressed because I did not know what to do or why I ever bought it in the first place except that I wanted to fix up the boxcar so I could live in it. The officials were harassing me and I got more and more upset.
I have dreamed I owned this train before. I am starting to wonder if I bought it and forgot about it.
When I woke up, I was so happy to find out that I did not own the train and did not have to worry about it.
What do you think this dream means? Did you ever have weird dreams about trains?

@akalinus WOW!!!! It was a weird dream.I can't even dream of buying a train. However living in a train is an interesting idia.In our country during the early phase of cobid we were not prepared to fight the virus;many compartments of passenger trains were used as hospital wards to treat covid patients.

It sounds like you want a new place to live... Your mind in trying to think of a viable alternative.

Since my late dad worked with the Panama Canal Railroad Company around World War II after his discharge form the U S Army in 1942, I have had dreams of riding on a train going from Balboa to Cristobal. One of my dreams was that I jumped off of the top a passenger train to the ground below while the train was in motion. The fall from the top of the train ground was like jumping with a parachute on.

@akalinus Interesting! For myself, I haven't had many train related dreams. The ones I did have, the trains were going insanely fast that it felt like my stomach was hurting.
Regarding your dream though, the only thing I can think of is maybe you being on the right track (or path) because you were trying your best to stay there or maybe it was more stuck on one you don't want to be on because you were distressed. Maybe the train represents something in your waking life that you're stuck on or unsure about which way to go about it. I'm not certain but very interesting! Could have just been a random dream too. Hard to say really.

For you, maybe the train dream means that your life is going too fast and you wish things would calm down a bit so you can enjoy it. That is what I thought about your dream.
My life is very complicated with a lot of stuff that is hard to deal with. My train was sitting on the tracks not going anywhere. I was told to move it but how would I do that?

@akalinus Actually what you said is a good answer regarding my dreams!
You clever cookie you! I honestly never thought of that before.
Well that's why I thought about being "stuck" so being stuck with no way out or no way to fix the problem because you felt stuck. So I wondered in your waking life were there issues you felt like you couldn't do anything or felt helpless on on to handle something.
You saying your life is very complicated and a lot of stuff you're dealing with.
Could that be it? You being stuck on a bit of track, not moving anywhere. Not being able to fix something. Not been able to move forward.
I'm so sorry though. *hugs*
