The dhabas in the highways are now only arranging indoor food.

The dhabas in the highways are very popular with the travellers. They have both indoor and outdoor fooding arrangements. But as it scorching hot sun rays they are only providing indoor fooding. There are air conditioners used in the indoor food corners in the dhabas. May and June are also summer months in india.

You are having the opposite conditions to us. It is cold outside but as soon as you step indoors the inside heating makes everything nice again.

I don't blame them... If people used outdoor seating at the restaurants along the highways and passed out from the sun/heat, those people might have a good case to sue the restaurants.
It got hot here today (28C) before it started hailing and then raining. It got quite cool (9C) in less than an hour later.
