Good day fellow myLotters.
Felt hunger pangs very early in the morning while I was out running. Decided that I wanted something that I haven't tasted before. I've been eyeing to try the egg drop snadwich from a new store that opened here near in my place.
A couple of months ago, egg drop sandwich was all the craze. I honestly didn't think much of it. I make a mean egg spread myself and I have brought some at my previous work. The concensus is unanimous - my egg spread is delicious!!!
Anyway, I did get to buy and taste the eggdrop sandwich. Guess what? My egg spread tastes better.

Here's the recipe for an egg drop sandwich:
- thick bread slices
- eggs
- sugar, salt, and pepper to taste
- cheddar cheese
- bacon or any choice of meat
- avocado or your choice of veggies
- mayonnaise, condensed milk, and sriracha for the eggdrop sauce
If my egg spread can reach you guys then by all means, I'll make egg spread for everyone.

I've been wanting to try this egg drop sandwich. It's a popular Korean sandwich. I've seen them at 7-11 but never got the chance to buy them. I also found a resto that sells them via Food Panda. I'll try them soon for sure.
For breakfast today, I had rice and Hungarian sausages that tasted like embutido.
