I did not imagine that I will join this virtual run since I need to complete 500km in 3 months. But when I joined this, my goal is to make myself move regularly. I just want to be motivated to walk everyday and this helps me to do that. As I computed it, if I want to finish this I need to walk at least 5.5km everyday. But not all days are the same. And most of the time I am always short of that daily 5.5km goal. I think that's okay. Come to think of it if I succeeded in hitting the daily goal, I should have had 155km. Right now, I am on my 24% which 116km. But I am still happy I walk almost everyday. Do you exercise regularly?

We usually walk more than 5.5 Km every day. We only skip a day if it rains. At the end of April I will calculate how many kilometers we have walked this month. I think A LOT!

@rakski Yes, our house is on 3 floors and I cannot believe how many times a day I go up and down those stairs. It's uphill from the moment I go up from our private road to the main road.

I do exercise regularly and I walk very long distances it's good to so that. Am sure you will achieve your goal keep working

The only walking I do is when I walk my dog. I injured my back in a car accident decades ago, and I just can't stay on my feet long without pain.

Awesome. Walking is good for my health but I have stopped walking again because I feel so tired. Keep going and I hope you can increase your walk every day.

I have not been walking lately like I should and like I want to..health sometimes fails. But I do exercise indoors Tai Chi and Yoga pose if I can in the mornings. Good for you you are doing good Rakski
