This is my first time to use this Boyardee Beef Ravioli in Pasta Sauce. Have you tried it? This is my first time to try this. I will open it later for maybe lunch or dinner. For those who have tried this, is it good? Do I need to add something to make it better or to enhance it?

I love it. I know it's not authentic Italian food, but I add some Italian seasoning, a little crushed red peppers, and a touch of salt and black pepper. It's delicious with some plain white loaf bread to dip in the sauce. I usually buy it in the small pop top cans that you can microwave.

@rakski I bought ready made ravioli (not already cooked in a can) and my husband told me better to eat simple pasta than bad ravioli. If I have not time to make them, he does not want those sold ready to cook.

Yes, it is good. We've eaten it before. After you heat it up, sprinkle some type of cheese on it to make it better.

I have had it before, and I think it needed a tad of a sprinkle of salt. But I wouldn’t take my word for it. You might try it yourself first, and then if you agree just give it a little sprinkle. I liked it as a once in a while quick meal.

Reading this and all the comments, I guess I am the only person here who really hates this stuff. I think it's nauseating, but I truly detest any kind of canned pasta. And I can't even think about those SpaghettiOs things. They literally make me gag. But you will probably like them, it seems most people do.

@rakski To clarify, I am not really a picky eater. I just don't like canned pasta, it's way too mushy for me.

So, what was your honest opinion of this stuff? Just curious...I have never liked it due to the texture being so mushy, but that's just me.

this is the first time I tried canned pasta. I can say now that I prefer the fresh one to the canned one. Butt his is okay but I did add more parmesan, cheddar, and a bit of pepper.

It has been indicated no preservatives, how long does it go without getting spoiled or was it passed through high temperature in the industry to kill all the bacteria?
