Tuesday morning...plans for the day.

Happy Tuesday morning from this side of the planet 
. It is a lovely morning, cloudy but no signs of rain . It's 6 AM and as I write this post, I am catching up my breath after a good 30 minutes of jogging relaxing in my balcony . I can hear the chorus of birds outside and I just saw a flock of parrots fly over 
. Perks of being a early morning person..
The house seems awfully quiet. My niece is fast asleep and there is no one else here. I really miss my younger daughter. She is the chirpy one and everything is lively when she is around. I have put some om chanting on.
I will relax here for a while and then make tea and mylot a bit more enjoying my morning tea
I will continue with my digital cleaning today, do the minimum cooking for myself and my niece, some much needed cleaning and relax most of the time. I have filled half of my passport renewal form and saved it. I will try to finish that and submit. And try to take a suitable date for appointment when it's available. My passport expires in July and I need to get it renewed.
Other than that the other fun thing planned is going out for an afternoon movie show with three of my work friends.
. I am going for a Tamil movie and two of us don't understand Tamil
. Anyways, the movie will have subtitles. I saw the first part of the movie too with the same set of friends in Tamil. Later it was released in five different languages on OTT platforms. It was a visual treat to watch it on big screen in theatres. The same effect was not there when I watched it in Hindi with husband on OTT. This is the sequel and the concluding part. And we are sure that this would be equally good.
That's all is what I plan for Tuesday.. Hope to have a good day

I've already done the dishes, cleaned counters and don't feel like doing anything else today.

We had a good time. It is a great movie. I liked the first part too. This was the concluding part. We went for dinner after movie. Now too tired to move around. Will call it a night after some bit of mylotting from my bed.

@sjvg1976 Actually I couldn't watch Kashmir Files. I tried it twice but couldn't. I can't withstand such true stories. I had a Kashmiri pandit friend and we were very close. Their family stayed in our neighborhood for years and we went to same school. We could see the plight in their life. Aunty would often cry and tell us how they flew carrying their two daughters in the middle of night. She had lost her brother and family there in the bloodshed. Imagine the plight of being refugee in your own country and getting uprooted from a well settled life.
I am not sure if I can watch this one. I get so livid and emotionally disturbed.

The movie's name is Ponniyian Selvan 2. I watched the first one too in the theatre in Tamil with the same set of friends. I just love the grandness on the big screen . It's about Chola Dynasty in India and this historic movie is a visual treat to watch on big screen. Amazing direction and everything.

My paperwork for passport is done and submitted.. I have got a physical appointment to the nearest passport office on 30th May. Glad that it will be done before my vacation ends.
The day was good.. had fun with friends. We went for dinner after movie. Now I am too tired to move. Laying down in bed and mylotting. . Enjoying some Bollywood romantic songs

We get to see them very frequently here in my locality. During lockdown period, parrots would come and sit in a line on my terrace wall.

Oftentimes, I also jog in place while watching videos.
I can see you have been quite busy, and at the same time missing your youngest. I miss my kids too. I'm glad I have one with me and my grandkids to amuse me.

It's wet outside as it was raining last evening. So, I didn't go out to jog. I did it indoors standing in one place .
My younger one has gone for three days with her Dad. She will be back tomorrow. I am happy that the courses and college that she is opting for next year is in our city and very close to our house. She can stay a few more years with us.

Thank you Rebecca. I am back from movie and dinner with friends. Had fun but now I am too tired and my feet needs rest.. I am already in my bed.
It happens with all of us sometimes. We feel too lazy to start the day. Maybe you can take a short nap or just walk around.

Seems like a quiet but fun day for you. I just finished my 20 minutes of exercise. It's a combination of stretching and indoor walking. I needed to release some bad feelings, so I thought to work out even if it's noontime and kinda hot.
Enjoy movie with your friends. I haven't done that in over 2 decades. Maybe when my kids are in college, I can do something like that.

I totally agree that exercise helps us feel better. We get some happy hormones released.
We had a good time. We went for dinner after movie. I can understand that. When our children are young, we are too tied up around them and their schedule. You will get some time to breathe and enjoy once they grow up.

My Tuesday comes to an end here. It's almost ten PM. I am back from movie and dinner with my friends. It was fun. Now too tired for anything. I will mylot for a while and then go to sleep.
