An abandoned puppy found in a dog crate gets adopted by a deputy in Minnesota

A female German Shepherd puppy was seen in a crate on the side of a road in Moorhead Minnesota on Thursday morning in late April when a Minnesota State Patrol officer saw the dog by herself. The name of the state trooper was not mentioned then called a Clay County Sheriff's Office (CCSO) whose name was not mentioned decided to take the dog to an animal shelter since the dog had suffered from dehydration, worms a parvo. What makes this story even sweeter is that the Clay County deputy paid for the dog medical bills. Then the Clay County deputy and his wife who is also a deputy decided to adopt the puppy.
