A Cyclonic Storm is Brewing in the Bay

A powerful cyclonic storm is brewing in the Bay of Bengal. I is about 1500 kilometres fro us and gradually moving towards north. I checked the live map and heaved a sigh of relief as our region doesn't fall in its way. However, my heart goes to the people of coastal districts of Southern Bangladesh and northern Myanmar. Those parts of Asia will have to bear the brunt of the cylone. As for us. we may see speedy winds blowing and have some heavy rainfall. It will definitely help the weather cool to some extent. As the weather is getting hotter day by day, a rain will be no less than a blessing. Mocha is the name given to this storm. Let's hope it doesn't wreck havoc on its route.

Usually , we get a storm every year at this time (mostly in April) but for some reason it has not arrived till now.. Hope this one bypasses us .

I wish good luck to those in the path of this storm. This time of the year we worry about tornadoes, and we have a chance of them tomorrow. Hopefully, no one in your part of the world, or my part of the world will be injured.

We almost invariably get these cyclonic storms this time of the year ( mostly in April). I was wondering why a storm has not come yet. Hope this one bypasses us.
