Do you Prefer Fruits or it's Juice?

This can be debated because many prefer juice over fruits because it's easy to have in liquid form but if they are going for juice then they should go for fresh juice and not packaged one.
I prefer fruits because they are the best and it tastes better when we chew it and have it naturally without the help of any blender or juicer.

I prefer fresh fruit. I do drink fruit juice but it has too much sugar in it.

@Butterfingers But will people do that? Probably not. Most people prefer the sweeter tasting juices.

I will take the juice since water is needed for me to drink during the day.

I prefer fruits especially at home.
Juices normally have lesser nutrition too as compared to the fruits.
Yet sometimes when we are outside, we can have juices as we might not have an easy or manageable access to the fruits.

I choose to prioritize consuming whole fruits over juices due to the concerns associated with the higher concentration of sugar and calories found in fruit juice. The excessive intake of sugar and calories in juice has been linked to the risk of obesity and unhealthy weight gain. Such weight gain has been associated with a range of health problems including high blood pressure, hypertension, stroke, diabetes, and other negative health issues that may arise later in life.

I prefer fruit. It's a healthier option because we get loads of fibres too. Moreover, diabetics have to avoid fruit juices. I do have fruit juice sometimes but they are freshly prepared at home with no sugar and added preservatives.

Experts recommend eating whole fruits instead of drinking the juice because it makes you more full, and you know for sure nothing has been added to the fruit unlike all the sweeteners and concentrate often added to the juice (unless you are juicing it yourself). Still yet, I'd prefer to be fuller longer, so I'll normally eat the fruit over drinking the juice.

It's better to have the whole fruit than to juice it. It's enjoyable to eat and no need to sweat it off from the juicer. I enjoy every bite and it makes me more fuller.

It depend on the fruit. I have a couple of granny smith apples here. I love them. But I'm not big on apple juice. When it comes to apricots, I enjoy both dried apricots and apricot nectar. When it comes to bananas, I like smoothies best.
