I´m sure that my friend @thesojourner would have loved to make it wwith me and then join me for lunch.
I just made "a sort" or pizza. Or a sort of pudding. Or anything that is now in the oven yet I´m sure the result with be delicious.
The ingredients were leftovers. A layer of a cooked potato. On top a layer of cauliflower. And more layers. Tomato (thin slices), sweet pepper (cut up thin), laminated cheese, salt pepper and oregano. Layer of zuchinni and another or tomato. More spices, more cheese, the rest of the sweet pepper.
I covered it so that the zuchinni would "juice up" and placed it in the oven.
I´m sure that I won´t be very hungry for a while. But if I am, there is still some of that chocolate cake.

That sounds like a very delicious lunch, Now you got me with that chocolate cake, I think I will add some chocolate cake mix to my next grocery order, I add sour cream to the mix to make a moister cake,
