All morning lost at the doctor.

Today I had my doctor´s appointment. I had to be early as there are always the administrative stupid activities. Where do you live? Place your index there 4 times! Is this your e-mail? They should know it by heart. They have asked me to confirm my appointment at least 4 times at my cellphone and another 4 at my e-mail. Then I had to wait. The appointment was wonderful. That doctor is the best I haven´t seen his face yet as he wears a mask, but I´m sure that he is even handsome. He gave me all the meds I needed and told me that I MUST do some exercise or else he´d have to give me more therapy. I promised him I would. I got my meds but forgot to go elsewhere to buy some meds that I have to buy myself. I ate some scrambled eggs on a toast, some cheese and now I´ll take a nap. How´s your day going, friends'

Don't you love it when they tell you to exercise? You should have said, if you show me that handsome face, maybe I'll do some exercise!

@RebeccasFarm True. Leticia told me once that her doctor had been with no patients all morning yet she had been given an appointment for 8 AM. When she finally ashamed the secretaries and told the doctor later, he said to the secretaries that Leticia was a special patient as she was very ill. All false, but it was the only way.

All doctors always tell you to do more exercise. When last week the doctor told to my husband, you should go out and walk a little, I asked him if the 10,000 steps he walk every day are not enough. He looked at me puzzled, they do not even ask if you walk or not, they are like machines.

Doctors are just human beings most of the time. They are just at their jobs. That´s one of the reasons that I feel so lucky at having Humberto as a friend. Not the only reason.

@LadyDuck There´s no love lost between you and your brother. I understand that as I see my brother at the most twice a year and he lives 2 houses away from mine.

@marguicha - As my brother is a doctor, I know very well how they "listen" to the patients.

My doctor always tells me to exercise, too. I walk from my bedroom into the kitchen or bathroom when I need to... I'm glad you had a good appointment. I hope you slept well.

@DaddyEvil I had to tell the doctor today that I knew all the exercises the therapist had made me do and the only thing I did not have was a wonderful bike that was very expensive. Now one thing is theory and quite another is to practice it.

@marguicha My doctor told me even standing up beside the bed and flapping my arms around for ten minutes would help.

It's not just at the doctor's that you have to give everything four times. Here, it's your full name and date of birth and if, on the phone, you get passed to someone else, they want it all over again.

When this stupid machine started I thought that the worst was to have to wait listening to "Home on the range" for endless minutes. But things got more sophisticated and now even to breathe you have to push 1 or 2. Did you read that when there was a fire in my kitchen, the last call I had (after the firemen had come and put it off) was a machine from the alarm who was asking me my password. I´m now in the proceedings of finishing the contract.

@marguicha How on earth could you remember a password when you'd just had the trauma of a fire? I'd be finding a new business too.

This reminds me of my mum . One day she went to the clinic while expectant . She was asked if she was married and yet she did attend the clinic the first day with dad and the nurse who they met was still the one asking if she was married. Mum got angry and asked her if she could leave sometimes people serving us doctors , nurses, waiters, can annoy us Am glad everything went well and you are ready to adhere to your medication like always.that was a nice meal there. My night is good just chilling on bed listening to music while mylotting

It started out rocky but seems to be improving. You never know what weirdness to expect at the doctor's office it seems.
