Overnight Rain Is The Best

I think we all have experienced overnight rains in our life in different parts of the world and I feel it's one of the best because it won't affect your day job and will keep the weather comfortable and bearable so overnight rain is the best as long as it does not cause any sort of casualty or flooding lol.
Yesterday night it rained a lot even now in the morning it's overcast with dark clouds.
How is the weather at your place? Do you also like Overnight Rain?

I'm awake and doing stuff overnight. I'd rather it rain during the daytime while I'm asleep. 
When it rains during the daytime, it doesn't get as hot or stay as warm overnight, either.

The weather in my neighborhood is warm today with a brief shower around dinner time. I also like overnight rain myself.

I think you said it best when you wrote as long as "it does not cause any sort of casualty or flooding". An overnight rain can be great for reasons you mentioned, but if it going to bring a tornado like sometimes happens in the spring and summer, I'd prefer it happen during the day when I can see better. Otherwise, I'm right there with you.
