7 June - What I'm Thankful for Today

Today was a good day and a busy one. I'm thankful for my hair appointment today. I look beautiful again, not shaggy. I'm thankful for rock painting and spending time with my friends for a short time. I brought my rock home as seen in the picture above. I didn't stay long, but it was a good time while I was there. I'm thankful for the nap I got when I got home from rock painting. I had a two-hour nap. I was getting very tired at rock painting, so I knew I needed to get home. I'm thankful my books arrived today as seen in the picture above. I have them to give to those who helped me with the book. I'm thankful for the prayer meeting tonight. A new person joined us tonight. God is growing our little group. I'm thankful for the work I did on Guns of War. I'm still hoping to finish this one this year. I'm thankful I got a refund for the patio set. They charged me the full price instead of the sale price when I bought it on Saturday. They refunded the overage back to my debit card. I didn't get a chance to be here today as planned, but there's always tomorrow. I only have Canasta tomorrow, so I won't be leaving the building. What are you thankful for today? Thanks for reading. The image belongs to me of the rock and book. I plan on taking the rock with me when I go to events like this past winter when I sold 21 books, and have it beside my books.
