We Had Burrito-Supremes for Supper

I am crazy about burritos, especially when the tortillas are loaded with seasoned meat, cheese, tomatoes, lettuce and salsa:) Jay puts sour cream on his!
Anyway, as Mom would say, "I'm as full as a tick!" I was really hungry tonight.
I didn't get a photo of our supper, so I just borrowed a picture from Pixabay. I guess our meal resembled these burritos a little bit:)

The tortillas, Jay likes those extra large ones. I use the medium sized tortillas, to keep my glucose level normal.

I really used a lot of meat and cheese, but only one tortilla. Then added salsa, lettuce and tomato.

@kobesbuddy — I make it by the crockpot full, just potatoes and chicken stock. When I get ready to eat it I’ll add things, like cheese or chicken or broccoli. Or all three.

Jay and I fix our own burritos, he uses various things that I ordinarily don't add in. I don't care for sour cream!

I overstuff my burrito with lots of fresh lettuce and tomato. Thus, I have to eat it with a fork! lol
