Mexican Cuisine for Our Dinner

Tonight, we had Mexican cuisine for our supper. It was pretty good, considering that it was frozen food that I'd purchased at the Wal Mart Store
All in all, it tasted pretty good. We don't usually have frozen food for our evening meal. This was a pretty tasty choice, if I might say so myself.
I especially enjoy this type of meal, with corn on the side:) There was only enough for two adults, which was exactly what we needed.

That is the only kind of meal I make myself - frozen. Much easier just putting s couple of pork patties with seasoned fries in the oven than making anything from scratch just for myself,

When we have Mexican dishes, I never make them from scratch. Except for burritos, I do make them myself.

We made tacos last night. We also made them one day last week, my son wanted to and it was fine with me, I had a taco salad and he assembed his tacos, so he was happy. But yours does sound good.

Because it had already been prepared, this meal was simply thawed and heated up. Yet, it tasted great! We love tacos, refried beans and burritos, too!

@kobesbuddy We are surrounded by nurseries and therefore have a lot of Mexicans working here. We have quite a few Mexican restaurants.
