The Universe Is Yeeting Me Out of My Comfort Zone

We thought that all of the turmoil at home was past with the foundation job getting finished... then my husband texted me this morning about a property listing he found on Zillow.
Yep, our whole complex is on the market as of a few days ago. 
We're renting month-to-month now so I'll reach out to the landlord and see if maybe they'd be willing to give us a lease to lock in our current rate for a year or two. Beyond that, well... we've been thinking it would be nice for the kids to finally have their own rooms for a while, and it would be really nice to not have to worry about whether or not a landlord will be okay with all of our critters.
So I guess we're going to start lining up the ducks so we can buy a place... or something along those lines.

We've been coming across a lot of things that have been forcing us to move up the timeline of our plans this year. Guess it's just a sign that we need to make ourselves a bit uncomfortable and embrace some changes...
And yes, at least we learned now instead of the landlord calling to say they need immediate access like last time!

Oh I wish you the very best now Yuki..I read there are some really good programs right now for like hardly any money down too.
It is nerve racking when they are selling the place you rent for sure, I know myself.

Good luck with this. Our son is hoping to buy a house in Ireland and is busy lining up all the ducks too.
