Do you always have a sleep wear? Here in our house only my sister use to wear a sleep wear at night. The rest of us don't change clothes for sleeping. What we wear all day we will use at night.
How many sleep wear do you have? Do you think it is important to have a sleeping clothes?

I have nighties and PJs for every season. When I´m alone sometimes I put on another pair of PJs in winter after I shower. And I also have summer and winter bathrobes.

@marlina Really. A lot more comfortable to me. Except very cold nights in the winter. Then I will wear sweatpants to bed

Yes that is practical. It depends on the weather what fabric is light and cool or warm

I have a long shirt I'll wear around the house, but once it's time for bed we sleep in our birthday suits. It's more comfortable I think.

So, you sleep in the clothing you wore all day? Yes, my family has sleep wear. In the winter, clean sweats or flannel or fleece pants and a long sleeved top. In the summer, usually something light-weight in sleepwear. We don't sleep in what we wore all day, I take a shower every night and put on clean sleepwear, then the clothing I wore goes in the wash. That's just the way we've always done that.

We take a bath near bed time so we still feel fresh. We normally don't have sleep clothes

I can't imagine sleeping in the clothing I have been wearing during the day, I guess I didn't realize people did that unless they have to, like on a train or plane or something.

I have several night gowns. I would feel bad if I did not change clothes. It helps me feel fresher while I sleep.

I have a vented sleep shirt that is very soft and two pairs of sleep pants, one for hot nights and one for cold, since I sleep by myself. Whether I remember to change into them before falling asleep depends on the day.
