It is a cold day again.

I had breakfast in bed although I turned on even the dining room heater.
Today I have nothing much to do. Mario is not coming and I don´t have clothes to wash. My lunch will be the Chinese sweet and sour ribs I brought from my yesterday´s lunch out. If I am hungrier when I start heating it, I also have leftover rice I made 2 days ago.
One of my friends just called me to check on me. Will all the news about floodings, people are counting noses everywhere.
I think that I´ll mostly stay in bed with my feet warm. I think that having feet and neck warm, you will not catch a cold.
What are you doing today, friends? Do you often eat leftovers as I do?

Depending on the leftover, I just reheat it or I turn into something else.

I'd share the heat here with you if I could. We're supposed to reach 88F/31C today.
I often cook too much food so I can have leftovers and don't need to cook as often. I've got a large box in the freezer with pre-packaged meals so Pretty can just warm something up for me when I can't see. It makes it easier for her and we know I'll like it since I cooked it.
I'm getting ready to go back to sleep. Talk with you later.

I just love that kind of temperature.
Today my leftovers will not be cooked by me. But I´ll make a salad. I don´t have salads at a Chinese restaurant.

@marguicha 88F is getting too warm for me. I can go out in it but don't want to do any work in that temp.

I´m drying part of my clothes in front of the heater in the dining room. I could only do one load because I don´t have where to dry it.

I love leftovers from restaurants. It's usually something I don't get at home. I think we will eat Chinese this coming weekend. Enjoy your day.

I try to go to ethnic restaurants when I eat out. I can cook very well normal food but in other places they use different spices.

I still have rice and part of the chicken in mushroom sauce from Saturday. I´ll probably finish it tomorrow.

I hope you had an enjoyable day and stayed warm. When I have leftovers I will eat them and sometimes reconstruct them into other meals. Like I had a bowl of elbow macaroni with spaghetti sauce. The next day I heated it up and melted American cheese slices through the macaroni and sauce and added some canned tuna, It was very good.

I do the same. Sometimes the second dish is better.
