Hello
It is a lovely Tuesday over here, it has been cloudy since morning i hope it will rain soon.
Today I went to do shopping and most important I bought a soda that is coke. I know many of us love drinking coke, but I just remembered a health tip that my doctor usually taught us during health session.
He ones told as that never drink a coke on an empty stomach, it is very dangerous it can cause ulcers. From that day i have never taken any soft drink on an empty stomach anyway right now I'm preparing my lunch that is mostly french fries and the coke
Did you know about this health fact before?
What are you having for lunch?

I don't drink soda at all, the exception being if I have a flu or virus, I might drink a Sprite or 7-up, usually just a few swallows of it to settle my stomach. I drink water, coffee, and sometimes tea.
Did you know the average soda has 14 teaspoons of sugar in it? No wonder it packs pounds on people! I'll pass on it.

@thebos It has a caffeine, and caffeine is a stimulant. You know how coffee has caffeine? They contain the same stimulant. You can, as you know, buy coffee without caffeine, and you can buy Coke without caffeine. The only way for it to be harmful is if you drink it constantly. I mean constantly. One of my doctors told me never to try to go off of Come because the withdrawal headaches from the caffeine would make my migraines (they are hereditary) worse. Coke and other soda will not harm your health unless you make it an obsessive habit. The biggest risk of Coke and other soda? The sugar content. Sugar is horrible for your teeth.

I know that Coke is very acidic and very strong. I usually have a Diet Coke with a meal. We had Meals on Wheels - Pork loin.

I don't drink soda anymore, but I had heard for my years from dentists saying soda is bad for you.
