I know some that don't mind having Pizza or Pasta or even burgers, Fries in the breakfast but it's their way of living and ideally I don't prefer having these ever in breakfast although I may have these at times in the morning but it can't happen all the time.
Are you one of those who like to have Pizza Pasta in breakfast?

@Butterfingers If I woke up late, and am in a hurry to make an appointment on time. Or, if a family member needed a ride somewhere, and I hadn’t eaten breakfast yet.

@Butterfingers I don't see a problem with whatever someone decides to eat for breakfast. It is fuel for their body to start the day.

I have what you call little pizza rolls or something like that with one or two other things that I put in the toaster oven and have for breakfast. One time I had cake for breakfast so that that have pizza or pasta for breakfast does not bother me. If I had lots of it left over and had to use it up then I might have it for breakfast but nowadays I will have pizza for lunch.

No, not since I went on my own weight loss journey. I have two meals a day and usually breakfast and lunch and then drink things in between and no snacks or food. I exercise and trying to maintain the weight I lost and hope I am doing it.

Only once in a year may be.
Sandwich or Bread with Maggi is still something that I might have in 2 or 3 months.

@Butterfingers Pasta is a healthy dish, surely more than pizza, but it's not something that should be eaten for breakfast.

Not really like as a breakfast but it's something that I would eat in between meals in the morning. I used to eat 5 to 6 times a day to gain weight. I would eat breakfast, pizza or pasta for snacks, then lunch, then snack again, then diner, then midnight snack. So I can't really call it breakfast.
