Got a red eye

I must have given it a hard brush andone of my eyes i has turned red. Was concerned if it was serious Consulted a doctor and he told me to not touch it. He said it could also be due to dry eyes which probably is the case as I have not used Refresh Tears for a few dyas as it is out of stock Just managed to get a bottle yesterday and I will be using it and also using a cold compress apart from some homoeopathy medicines to hasten the process What do you do if you have a red eye?

I use Restasis drops for my dry eyes and haven't had an eye that looked like that.

Tose eye drops are new to me. Good your eyes are spared from getting red

@allknowing They are new-ish to me, too. They're made to help dry eyes start producing their own tears.

@DaddyEvil There are countless of eye drops for dry eyes If they suit you then you should continue. I got this red eye in years Not something that I experience often

I use Systane eye drops with no preservatives for my dry eyes, and for the occasional overly red eye.

Refresh Tears has worked for me Not heard of Systane When Refresh Tears was out of stock I started usng Just Tears but was not happy using it

I am sorry, I hope it's not serious and that the problem is over by now. I use drops every day because I have dry eyes.

I use Genteal eyedrops. If the redness persists, I consult a doctor because I'm afraid there is infection.

If it is just red it goes in a few days and it is mostly due to dry eyes or a bad rub
