I had a payment come in last night, and of course the first thing I had to do was pay a bill. Ho, hum. It wasn't a big one but I had wanted to pay this card off this summer and it seems to be heading in the opposite direction. I am not going to use that card anymore unless it is an emergency. Don't you hate it when as soon as you get money, you have to pay something? It takes the fun out of it.

Seems as if money goes right from one hand out the other.
I just realized that one of my credit card bills got lost under a pile of stuff and I didn't get it paid on time. I'm going to call them and see if they'll wave the late fees since I'm never late paying them. Those late fees hurt.

It always seems to happen though. And for us, the bill is often just about the exact amount of whatever came in so it seems like you never get ahead.
