Herbal Essence Shampoo with Honey and Vitamin B

When I used up my last bottle of shampoo, I was relieved. Any hair-care product with citrus, makes the skin itch on my scalp! My hair has been thinning out, also.
We saw an Herbal Essence Shampoo advertisement on TV, so I decided to give it a try. The one I selected has honey and Vitamin B, which sounds pretty good.
This morning I used this shampoo for the first time. There's no overpowering scent and so far, the skin on my scalp is doing just fine. My skin is sensitive to many things.
And when I combed out my wet hair, I barely lost any hair at all! I believe the citrus in the other shampoo was irritating my hair follicles.
Hopefully, I've found a good shampoo, that's kind to my scalp and hair:)

This new shampoo is mild, it seems. Anything with honey isn't harsh, unless they add other ingredients that I'm allergic to.

@kobesbuddy It sounds good to me. I too have a sensitive skin and scalp. I use very mild shampoo and body lotion. Even strong scents irritate my skin and scalp.

I hate it when I spend the money on something, and then it irritates the heck out of my skin. I’ve gone through so many face moisturizers it’s not funny. And you know how expensive those things are. When I find a good shampoo I definitely stick with it. I’ll remember your good review of this the next time I go to the grocery store.

I used up the other shampoo, even though my scalp was itching like crazy. Jay said I should just give it away. I've given away so many products, because my skin was badly irritated. Soaps, I'm the same way!

I've used that brand for many years now. I've been using one that's good in colored hair since my hair is highlighted with purple and blue.

I'm glad you found a shampoo which treats your hair and scalp better. I have to use baby shampoo preferably with no scent; but I still get itchy and painful scalp. The dermatologist couldn't help me either. Sigh. Enjoy your day.

I hope it works well for you. For some reason, it dries out my hair. I've been using Chi Tea Tree Shampoo for several years. My skin is so sensitive to some of these things, it's hard to find one that I like that doesn't dry out my hair. Plus, I can always find the Chi shampoo at TJ Maxx or Ross, or even Amazon. Big, big bottle with a pump, lasts for a very long time, about $7-$8 so for me, that's a win.
