Stinky and Strong-Tasting Cheeses?

Cheese predates recorded history.
Camembert, Limburger, Stinking Bishop, Blue Cheese, Hooligan and Roquefort are some of the stinky and/or strong-tasting cheeses. Pont 'l Evique is so stinky that some people leave it outside until they are ready to eat it.
I don't care for cheeses with "veins of mold". I prefer mild cheeses such as Swiss, Mozzarella and Muenster. I do like Provolone which is a stronger tasting cheese.
How about you? What is/are your favorite cheese/s? Do you like a stinky or strong-tasting cheese?

I LOVE blue cheese but Pretty won't eat it so I don't buy it. I also like Limburger on a burger but Pretty gets sick if she smells it so I don't buy it.
Sometimes Pretty stops me from enjoying good things in life.
(I still buy blue cheese dressing and use it instead of mayo on sandwiches, though.
)
You should try Colby cheese. It's mild and has a nice flavor. We usually buy Mozzarella and Cheddar shredded cheeses and Mild Cheddar-Jack in a block cheese. Those are good, too.

@LindaOHio Both are less strong than the Biritish Stilton, they are not even too smelly. Münster has a stronger smell than Roquefort.I put it in a glass container and outside on the balcony during winter. Roquefort stays in the refrigerator in its plastic container and you cannot even guess that it's there.

Not a big fan of cheese. It's an acquired taste for us as it's not a part of our traditional cooking. We have paneer in our traditional cooking and I like it. I will go for mild cheese in moderate quantity. Too much gives me nausea. And I will not be able to stand stinky ones.

I love cheese but some are all time favorites and other I use only for occations. I have recently discovered another use for blue cheese melting it in the hole of upside downmushrooms with a bit of butter. Cammembert I eat alone, not bothering with a craker. Yet I like a bit less Brie although it is so similar to Camembert. Some other cheeses I use for cooking, grating or dicing in dishes.

Someone told me that Brie is very mild. Is that true? I always thought that it was strong.

My mom always said some of the smelliest cheeses were the best and after tasting some I had to agree with her. When in Latvia one of the smelliest was Latvian cheese but it was also delicious. When they saw how the cheese sold the price went sky high and we could no longer afford to buy it. Now I have a very tight budget so the best I can do is a package of American cheese.

I like blue cheese dressing, not eating it straight out of a wheel or block or however it comes. My dear grandfather of blessed memory loved Limburger.

@lindaohio The stinkier the better. My kids have always enjoyed cauliflower cheese made with blue cheese as an integral part of Christmas dinner.
