No contractor today

I woke up early today because I thought the contractor was coming to work on the kitchen. I wanted to make sure I had enough time to go to the bathroom, take a shower, and have breakfast.
While I was eating, he texted me that he is unable to make it today. It is not even ten in the morning. It is wet outside from when it rained earlier and kind of gloomy. Don’t really want to stay home but don’t know what to do. Wonder if it will rain again later.

I would seriously consider going back to bed for a few hours. You're probably still tired from getting up early for him.

@DaddyEvil I did not take a nap. Decided to go online and am still here. But before that, I read, did two loads of laundry, and had lunch while catching up on some shows on DVR.

@LindaOHio We went to a warehouse last week to look at slabs of countertop stone. That place was supposed to send an email to the company that will install it with the samples we chose. And then the place that will install was supposed to give us an estimate (or maybe total?) for each sample. No one has contacted hubby yet about it. Wonder why.

I got some laundry done. There is still more loads to wash but I don't want to do anymore. Two loads for one day is good enough for me.
