Movie preferences.

August 9, 2023 11:42pm CST
Most of the time while choosing the category of movie to watch, there are many things that I consider such as my situation at the moment, the mood and time. I wouldn't choose a long movie after a busy day at work. Similarly I do not wish to watch a sad movie while am hurting. But one thing never change, I love movies with atleast some music either in the background or depicting /relating to the character. It's amazing how some music just spice the movie. What are some of preferences that never change while you're choosing a movie? Good day??

I'm more into documentaries than movies, but I would choose to watch a movie that is based on truth.

I mostly choose animated movies made for kids. I like seeing the characters and animation of that type of movie. Some of the animated movies have a lot of music in them but I'm not interested in music.

Wow! I also like animations especially when I need to relax. Its a fun way of getting things out of my mind and sure they have music which I enjoy.

It can depend on my mood and also my husbands mood. Sometimes you want something you can really sink your teeth into, that's interesting and detailed. Other times, a light-hearted or silly film can be the best thing. There might be particular actors we avoid or certain genres that hold no interest - not really into horror, for example. Historical movies can be hit and miss - I sometimes end up shouting "how, how did you get that so .... WRONG!"

Wow! I get it. Sometimes you feel like you should be given a chance to make things better, maybe a better ending or change a situation. Am glad you consider each other's mood.

I usually watch movies that feature one of my favourite actors. Dirk Benedict, Dwight Schultz, Paul Gross, Paul McGann, Ioan Gruffudd, Jamie Bamber or Matt Smith.

I enjoy movies with a good story. I really like movies that make me think and keep me guessing. Stories that are complex, twisty, and suspenseful. But sometimes I also enjoy more simple stories that are heartwarming. Have a good day!

Nice. It can get irritating if you can actually predict what will happen. A good story keeps one glued to the end. Nice time??.
