Intro videos for online teaching. Just a farce.

I have been an online teacher since 2009. It's since three years that I had to discontinue because of some family problems or my ill health. I have started applying for online teachers job which come to me through Facebook. What I find irritating that along with your CV they ask for an introduction video. The first difficulty is that it's not possible to attach a 5 minute video to Gmail. I have tried to attach a one minute video it didn't work. When I start teaching online, the recruiter used to ask for a demo class through his website by sending a link. That really worked well for they could examine my teaching skills very well. These introduction videos that they ask for are just a farce and complicated too. I think they don't want to recruit and are upto some kind of mischief.
