I did not get here this morning, and we left and filled up the day.
The discussions do seem interesting and they are keeping me out of the heat.
We went to church, to the store to pick up a prescription and some bread. Splurged and went to Wendy's for lunch.
Hubby is napping. I tried, but the phone rang. I did not answer, but I decided to get up, because I remembered you guys and wanted to check in.
We had some soft rain overnight. It is only in the low 90's. Tomorrow may be ten degrees cooler.
Tomorrow is my last full day home before we start back to school planning. Half day work day Tuesday, full day work day Wednesday, the kids on Thursday.
Seasons just keep on turning around.

We will be out of school just after the middle of May. Schedules sure are different than they used to be though.

It stormed off and on all night and kept raining until around 3 pm here. We had 72F until around 5 pm and then the temp shot up to 80F. I hope it doesn't get any higher than that. We had over 2 inches of rain this weekend and are still under a flash flood warning. Possibly more rain to come. We shall see.

@GardenGerty The older gentleman next-door said his rain gauge showed we'd gotten over 5 inches of rain this weekend by the time the storms were done.

Excuse me!!! I work harder when school is out. I completed a new course of training, did what little yard work got done, dealt with a huge tree that fell on my house. I am sorry you had the avian flu. I started my summer with three different infections. Four different antibiotics. I do get all my flu shots, etc.I also have doctor appointments for my husband and myself.
