What better words do we have to live by? We are all humans and as such we all have sensitivities, shortcomings, fears, etc. These things make us individuals but can cause us some problems in our lives. It is so important to learn about ourselves and learn who we are. Learn about those shortcomings. This knowledge helps us so much in life. This helps us be better friends, mates, and people.
But, there is one other thing that we need to learn and appreciate about ourselves. That is: Going with our guts. Many call it a woman's intuition. The Universe gives women this gift. Many young women make so many mistakes and are so hurt and saddened because of this. Learning to trust your gut and go with what the Universe(some may call it God) is telling them.
I have been sorry and could kick myself so many times down through the 71 years of life because I haven't listened to that little voice in the back of my mind that tells me to do or not to do one certain thing. I double-think myself and go with the second conscious decision instead of the one first one. I have to try very hard to go with my instincts, take them seriously, and go with my first true thought. I have to really stop myself sometimes and go with the first intuitive thought.
This is my way of being true to myself and trusting my instincts.

I don't have "women's intuition" but I often overthink things and regret it later.

I have heard in some publications that trusting my instincts is God' way of guiding us.

I have many things in my past that I wish I could change. I didn't use my brain; and that was my failing. Have a good weekend.
