28 August - What I'm Thankful for Today

It's time for me to get off the computer. It's been a very good day. I've been up since 2 AM.
I'm thankful for the exercise class this morning. I got an easy six miles on the bike to the short workout tape. There were also 9 people with me in the community room this morning. We have a new person.
I'm thankful I got all the notifications finished early, before the news, and that never happens. I think there are fewer people on myLot lately. However, I'm always glad to see what you're doing in your part of the world.
I'm thankful for the work I did on A Score to Settle. I edited one chapter before the exercise class and two since I came back.
I'm thankful for the nap I got this morning before the exercise class. It was a good hour's nap.
I'm thankful I decided on the next book I'm going to work on to publish next year. Though, it might take longer to get it done. There are 474 pages in this book. It's called Ecstasy.
Okay, that's my day along with all the wonderful blessings God gives me every day.

It sounds like you had a good, productive day. I didn't get a lot accomplished--doctor, some tests, a bit of time with my oldest son, then driving. But I am safely home, and I am always thankful when that happens!

I am thankful that I can get my car inspected for much less than the price I was quoted! I really wanted another car, but that just was not working out. I trust this car that I have now, and it has a good engine.

I am thankful that my conversation with my mental health doctor went well this morning as well as the garbage being picked up this afternoon and some rain coming through my area this afternoon to cool down the heavy heat.

I try to get on here when I can, some days are busier than others and Sundays I try to stay off the computer as much as possible. When I am here, I've noticed the traffic is lighter.
I am thankful for watching the US Open tennis. Great match right now between Sloan Stephens (USA) and Beatriz Haddad Maia (Brazil)

Yes we should be thankful always that we are alive no matter what circumstances we are facing everyday. For me everyday is a blessing and chances.
