Back from therapy.

It is Tuesday, way past noon.
I went to therapy, got my meds for my knee pain ( and my back pain too as they are the same).
Then I went to the bakery across the street. There were no croissants left so I thought I could buy a ready made sandwich. But the sandwiches were very expensive if you bought them made. So I bought the same bread and some thinly sliced ham. I have avocadoes at home and have to eat them soon.
On arriving I made a delicious and far cheaper sandwich. I ate it while my rice heater was in the microwave oven and now I´m mylotting while on TV some people are remodeling homes that are over a million dollars to begin with.
After I read some of your posts, I´ll take a nap. I´m tired. The therapist told me that tomorrow every muscle would hurt. She was wrong: it is hurting now.

I hope your pain meds will help with the muscle pain you'll be feeling later. (I mowed twice yesterday and had aching legs and butt this morning. That was fun. I took two Tylenol tablets and the pain is mostly gone now.)
I hope you enjoyed your nap today.

Today my therapy was twice as hard as the first time.
I just took an extra pill.

@DaddyEvil I´m taking what the doctor advised to take if it hurt too much. I have been trying not to overdo.

Pretty much any foods here that are basically ready to eat, are all way overpriced. I make my own, as well. Plus, I usually bake my breads, so I always have that on hand. You were smart to just make your own.
I'm glad you have meds that will hopefully help you, I wish you didn't hurt, Marga.

It took me one look to the ready made sandwiches to go to the part of the bakery where they sold bread. And they also had ham there so I bought some. I have enough bread and ham for maybe 10 sandwiches.

@MarieCoyle I´m sure of that. Although there are some food that need us to be standing, most can be made in a jiffy and let the pot or oven do the job.

People waste so much money with ready-made foods, when it takes so little effort to actually fix something.
I have a neighbor who has been in a wheelchair for years. She makes her own meals, cooks, and so forth. She is a true attestment of what can be accomplished if a person is really determined.

I did it. Unfortunatly (or should I say fortunatly) the shop where they used to sell the wonderful and expensive chocolates had moved. One craving less. If I don´t see them, I don´t want them.

@wolfgirl569 When the shop was 2 steps away from the hospital, I could not resist it. But I will not walk blocks for a small amount of chocolates. It was fine while it lasted.

After I take my shower I´ll rub Diclofenac on my knees. Those are part of the free meds I get now.

My worst pain now is my pack pain. I have had it once in a while for decades and I have to wait until it stops.

@marguicha So sorry to hear that. My brother-in-law also has this problem for decades. So, is there a way to heal this?
