In ancient time the most popular comb in my country were the wooden combs. In the past I used plastic combs. Lately I bought the ox horn comb as I heard it is good for the hair. Besides, it won't create the static electricity, especially in autumn and winter when the weather is very dry. I have used the ox horn comb for some time and I find it comfortable when I am combing my hair. Now I don't want to use my plastic combs any more.

I use a pick, which I guess is a form of a comb. I have curly hair, and with a pick it doesn’t get frizzy when used.

@RubyHawk It is a "type" of comb, that is flat and square shaped, kind of like a painter's brush. It's specifically for curly hair, and a lot of African Americans use them. I would post a picture, but those things never show up for me.

I don't use a comb. I use a brush made of plastic. It took me a while to find the right one for my thick, long hair.

Well I am mostly balled on my head, I give myself a buzz cut at least once a month but for the beard I use a beard comb made of some kind of wood, not sure what it is.

I use a plastic comb, besides my hair looks like it needs strengthening so it doesn't fall out.
