Coffee and A Quiet Sunday Morning

Happy Sunday Everyone! what a beautiful morning in my little corner of the myLot world.
I'm starting the day by sitting outside and enjoying the quiet with a hot mug of coffee.
It's been awhile since I sat outside in the morning. I'm really surprised at how quiet the neighborhood is today. No one is out for a morning walk and no cars are passing by.
No plans for today. Yesterday was busy so having a day to relax is looking good to me.

We have fine weather today after the super typhoon left. I went outside for a walk.

@Marilynda1225 When I went outside, I could see lots of fallen trees. I think over 90 people got hurt during the typhoon.

Sounds like a peaceful Sunday morning! I just finished off my last zip of coffee. How is the weather out there? We are having unusually cool weather - it was crazy gray and drizzling all yesterday - and it'll be on the cool side today. Have a great rest of your day . . . I hope it's relaxing for us too!!

@Marilynda1225 Here, I guess from now til next Monday, it's going to be climbing from mid 80s to mid 90s again. I just hope we don't reach the triples again.
My son started 8th grade mid-August. My daughter started college just last week! I'm dealing with a completely different daily schedule now - still adjusting.
Have a great week! I have not had my Monday morning coffee yet

@much2say I can see where you would be dealing with totally different schedules with your kids in different grades/schools. Is your daughter away at college?
We're dealing with high 90s this week and it's already uncomfortable. ugh

We've had some really nice days in the high 70s but this upcoming week will be nearly high 90s so we'll be back to the hot and muggy. Hope you have a great Sunday.

I'm also enjoying this morning with a cup of coffee and savoring the quietness. My husband is not yet here, and in a few hours, he will be here with his brother and their mom. And then my morning solitude will be disturbed, so I am enjoying this as long as I can.
