Aches and pains

I work with someone who has been telling us a weather front is moving in for the last two days. She has lots of pain.
I usually just feel a little off with the weather, but last night I hurt all over. Not as bad as some of you hurt all of the time, but enough to disturb my sleep. Plus the carpal tunnel acted up a lot as well.
I will appreciate a nap later, but I am going for coffee with Jane. Between her travels and her flare of COPD and pneumonia we have not gotten together in over a month.
There will not be a lot new for either of us, just a nice visit.
First of all, my bed is already planning for me to nap, so good morning to all. We should start having cooler weather soon.

We're at 54F this morning. And I think the endocrinologist is overdosing me on the thyroid meds again. I keep getting cold and the house is at 77F right now. I'll have to call on Monday and ask about getting tested.

Being cold can be just as miserable as being hot. Hopefully you can get your meds straightened out.

I hope he can get your medication adjusted. It is miserable. Bob has been tested for thyroid, but does not have any issues. He really enjoyed the heated throw I got him last year for Christmas.

Right now it's 18°C/65°F, hopefully it will get up to 23°C/73°F... The cooler weather has already started and I'm not happy about it.

@GardenGerty I don't think we got much warmer. The sun never came out and I got a migraine, so stayed in.

@JudyEv they make a wrist support that in some stores is called Quilter gloves. Lots of lycra, open ended fingers. I also have some wrist braces that help.

@GardenGerty I had a wrist brace but I gave it to my sister when she was having problems. If she isn't still using it I might get it back.
