A green salad for dinner. / myLot

I have been eating all sorts of the kind of food you make for the cold days today. For lunch, I made and ate most of an ossobuco a la Milanese. Delicious and I ate much more than what I should. Then during the evening I slept and ate cake. So now, at night, I decided that I desperatly needed a good salad. I already ate a lettuce, avocado and olive salad. And in a while, between movies, I´ll eat some boiled tender corn with butter. Tomorrow it is leftover day. There is a lot of the sauce of the ossobuco plus some leftover meat. So I´ll cook pasta and put the two together. I don´t want to make rice so pasta it will be. See you, friends.

I just woke up. I'm eating a gigantic peach for lunch. I'm not sure what I'll make for supper later tonight.

I´ll have to wait for peaches yet.

Unless I buy canned peaches but it is not the same.

@marguicha The peaches this year are huge and delicious. If I could, I'd send you some but I think they'd be spoiled before they reached you.

Today I had the sauce with bits of meat that were in the bones along with cooked pasta. Easy and delicious.

I usually eat a small green salad every day if I can. I love crunchy lettuce and good tomatoes, right now both are in season so I try to enjoy them. Not sure what I will cook tomorrow, I will no doubt get an inspiration at some point.

I ate leftovers today. I had sauce from the ossobuco and some cooked leftover meat. I cooked some pasta and had that for my lunch.
