Some me time.

It has been awhile since I have spent some time on MyLot. I haven't even gotten on the internet very much for a little over a week. I have had other things to do in my life and have to take some time for myself. I am going to try and come back more and spend more time here.

Real life always needs to come first. Having time for yourself is good self-care and good for mental well-being. You should be proud of yourself you can do that.

You have to get things done offline. If you're not careful, you can spend too much time online and forget about everything else. I'm going to have to take some breaks as well.
