I've had great day

I feel even stronger today. I enjoyed my daughter and twins visit. A carer whom I didn't recognise had visited me the day I came out of hospital said how well I looked in comparison to three weeks ago. My doctor gave ne a call to arrange some blood tests. I was on Facebook and received a video message. I will do one myself soon. I am eating more and more. All is good

Eating and staying well hydrated is good. It must be encouraging for someone to tell you how well you look...good for you...
