I Was So Disappointed

You all recall I've been waiting for new system to kick in. Well, today, my supervisor called my client to tell her she's coming for a visit next month. So, my client asked when the system will start. Come to find out the new system has been pushed back, so we have no idea when it will take affect. Mylot, I was so upset, as we were rushed to download the app on our phones. I've been looking so forward to it. I had a really big let down.

I'm sorry that happened. I wonder why the system is delayed there? It's up and running in Missouri and has been for at least six months.

@AmbiePam Yes, the client and her got into it. The client is threatening to turn her in. Said she's fed up.
